DIRECTIONS FOR USE (human): Place drops under the tongue for twenty seconds and then swallow. If you like, the drops may be placed in an empty gel cap and swallowed. See dosage chart to dial in the perfect dose for you! 

DIRECTIONS FOR USE (equine):  Liquid may be administered with an oral syringe by mouth or added to feed or a treat. For pain, stress relief, or to achieve that calm/focus that we all strive for, the average dose is between 1.5cc and 6cc depending on the animal. We recommend that you start at 1.5cc and work your way up in 1cc increments until you find what works best. For pain, administer twice daily. For all other issues administer 1 hour before an event. Expect results within 45 minutes and results should last 4-5 hours. 

DIRECTIONS FOR USE (canine): Liquid may be administered with an oral syringe by mouth or added to food or a treat. Can be mixed with peanut butter. Dosage is 3-5 drops per 10lbs of body weight every 4-5 hours as needed for stress or pain.
