 Product sales are restricted to anyone under the age of 18. We reserve the right to refuse service/sales to anyone if we believe products are being misused or abused. 

 Return Policy

 We accept returns for product replacement of items damaged in transit. If your item was damaged in transit, contact our customer service department at support@ranchrx.com.  

 Due to the nature of the customized products that we offer, all sales must be final to ensure the quality and safety of our customers. To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the damaged shipment at in order to alert us of the issue, then return the damaged item to us. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

 Cancellation Policy

 Due to the fact that we often prepare and ship orders immediately, we have a zero cancellation policy. If you wish to try to cancel an order, please email us at support@ranchrx.com and if we have not packaged your order, we can possibly cancel your order. There are no guarantees that an order can be canceled and refunded.
